Due to updated regulations from St. Croix County at the end of 2025, new developments are required to establish an association to maintain shared outlot areas.
The association’s primary role is simply to maintain and care for the designated outlot(s) within the development. It is not intended to be overly restrictive — it exists to ensure shared spaces are properly maintained in accordance with county requirements.
If you have questions about how the association functions, we’re happy to provide additional details.
